If greb was so great, why did no 1 bother to film him, eh? eh?? [MEDIA]
iirc, Rocky had vacated his smw title years earlier b/c he could no longer make weight. i think the effort to get back down to 168 affected his...
I believe so. I also believe he may have been the most dominant that a fighter has been vs. a consistently high level of competition.
It's not a bad thing per se ... until he's compared to a fighter that has both, which is often the case w/ other potential candidates for the top 10.
IMO, the 10 best fighters in history are, 1. SRR 2. Greb 3. Langford 4. Charles 5. Armstrong 6. Walker 7. Ali 8. Duran 9. B. Leonard 10. Pacquiao...
Duran losing to DeJesus. Ali losing to Frazier & Norton. Carlos Ortiz losing to Laguna.

I think McCallum would have trouble adjusting to Steele's all-around speed & firepower in the early rnds, much as he did vs. Toney. the question...
as a mw, Collins was more of a conventional boxer-mover, which should play into Hearns' hands more. he spent the 1st 2-3rds of the McCallum fight...
Benvenuti on points, w/ Barkley providing a few rocky moments along the way IMO.
I would go out on a limb & say he's not only underrated, but may be the most underrated fighter ever. as to "why" he's so underrated, idk ... but...
