Gayweather's speed is overrated. Pac is just as fast, but hits harder and is throws way more punches..thats why Gayweather won't fight him..
126, 135, 147, 160, 168.... b/c anyone smaller than 126, i don't relate too and above 168 fighters aren't quite as quick and i like speed, too.
