    timed it this morning, 1st mile:5 mins, 2nd:6mins , 3rd:6 and a half mins. so 17 an a half mins for 3 mile aint bad seeing as i'm 34 and weigh in...

    general fitness question

    I'd suggest they start off with a mile or 2 every day for a week, then in the 2nd week try 3 or 4 miles for just 3 days. see which suits them best...
