a jog is just half a step, have you ever seen a boxer step with a jab? you have to train your self to punch when you step with the left and punch...
ive seen other boxers do it. what else do you have to do? it helps you to punch with the weight of your body better like in stepping with the jab.
you dont, you do it while your jogging.
rowing not really, though cycling might be just as good still going to have do some sprinting whether you jog row or cycle.
