Ah FFS.
Interesting fight!
AJ lowered his level of opposition to boost his confidence. It's all smoke and mirrors, Usyk would beat him conclusively in a third fight.
The fact he got as far as he did though is quite impressive. There was a time when he was considered by many as the biggest puncher of all time....
This is it....I was hoping to try to restore some balance. Both are incredible elite fighters...but it seems to be all or nothing in the eyes of...
You clearly stopped reading even earlier than that, as I had the round a draw.
I could be out with my scoring but it's my opinion and I scored honestly and with no bias...my point still stands though, that Fury being seen as...
That's your opinion. The judges themselves had nothing in it, one even picking Fury. If you think that's a reach I don't know what to say because...
No it's because of your attitude. I had Usyk winning too, not sure what your point is?
Watch it again. The entire round was Fury constantly spearing Usyk with the jab and the occasional right hand, Usyk landed one right hand of note...
"Could easily have gone"...but that depends. You appear to be a Fury hater whereas I like both guys and watched with an open mind.
I just watched and scored accordingly. I didn't see it the way you did. Wasn't a clean sweep as had round 1 even.
For whatever it's worth, I can't see anything other than a big right cross from AJ putting Dubois to sleep. Dubois' defensive flaws are glaring...
AJ is a victim of British overhyping...anything short of flawless dominant wins until retirement now will not be forgiven.
To be honest, he's done it all. As others have said, given his age, size and style it is probably time to think about retirement.
