Heavyweight's before the 80s/90s were just smaller though. You would have to penalize a lot of the heavyweights from then.
Anyway to answer your question I am not sure. I can see either of them KO/TKOing each other.
To be honest Ali had enough punishment in his career. I don't think it would have been anything but taking even more punishment.

To be honest does Sanders Wlad count? I mean Sanders showed great skill in blowing Wlad in 2 through counter punching he didn't just come in...
Seems like a good idea to rank fighters when they are done. Apart Uysk who no one can wait that long it seems.
A real pity Wlad's chin wasn't the best. But a few of those knockdowns were more like slips (Pannell Williamson) and multiple behind the head...
