no one would ever come close to matching his ring iq lol but maybe his speed is enough but i dont think garcia will ever have the heart to get...
this may sound crazy but if garcia got his head right and got few good wins id give him the best chance to out of the lightweights to beat loma...
loma uses his head like hopkins used to in the clinch and clearly the wrestling helps in his clinches nice to see bit of old school dirtiness lol
