ATG fight but I think Hagler takes it on work rate.
It probably took me more than 3 months to move and punch comfortably enough, til things clicked in my head.

My joints are in poor shape if my sleep isn't decent, also. If I have a particularly late night, I get all sorts of aches and pains the next day....

30 minutes is very different to 3+ hours of sleep! 30 minutes is a refreshing nap, 3 hours is exactly like having a short night's sleep and waking...
150$???? Surely an actual dentist can do one for cheaper? Can't put a price on something like that though.
the zinc/magnesium? not really.
You don't need to sleep 3 hours in the afternoon as a healthy college age dude who is waking up at a normal time. If you were out all night, sure....
If you sleep right before training of course you will be slow!
zinc and magnesium together will help your sleep, they also give you strange dreams. as I said in the other thread, naps will certainly help.
I was always taught its like a rotation, with the weight on the foot of the side you are rotating towards. So a left slip was a small rotation...
had this for years myself it will reset itself eventually, if it was from the sparring if it isn't, it could be anything, like your wisdom teeth...
