Can someone make a good case to me why Williams should be higher than Hatton? Hatton resume and achievements just seem so much better than Wiliam's.
I would put Williams somewhere between 10 and 7 in my P4P list but he definitely should not be higher than guys like Pac, BHOP, Hatton, Marquez...
