I'd also say that your weight distribution gets messed up quite a bit because of your footwork. Your back foot was lifting off the canvas...
Footwork is the first thing I'd look to address.
Our club does 5-6pm is the schoolboy ages, 6-7pm is the older lads and 'keep fitters'. Tuesday & Wednesday I believe women's classes are on.
At what point will you get pulled by the ref for the extended glove? Against smaller guys it works very well for me and with my footwork it allows...

Track your macros and weight. Adjust accordingly each week, ensuring you aren't gaining too fast (minimal fat gain).
