No, SSM will not be effective @ that weight. At his age, I think cutting that much weight will really hurt him, performance wise.
First, SSM says he's done chasing Pac. Now he's saying his offer still stands. Curious to see what Cotto's team will say after this.

Pac is taking a bigger risk. If he loses, then he can kiss his fight w/ FMJ good bye. Pac/FMJ would easily earn both fighters their biggest payday.
