It's just someone's opinion. One can also argue Klitschko will never get Ali's resume for lack of ATG fighters in the current weightclass.

I think Oscar was too depleted and dehyrdated to weigh more than the Welterweight limit.
He is one of my favorites, the Vargas and Mayorga fights were more recent big moments for me.
