cardio or weights for no more than a half hour in the morning and the other half in the evening. For best results.

nice. i also highly reccomend doing olympic cleans at a high intensity since our sport is mostly anaroebic.
half hour of cardio in the am. half hour of lifting in the pm=major fat loss and fitness gains.
:good Jumping rope using high intensity interval training works wonders as well.
