Wilder actually was fighting well on the backfoot against Stiverne, Molina and Duhaupas. Had a nice jab too.
I was there. Vitali was the betting favorite. The fact that you can't even prove your opinion with a liable source tells everything.
First of all, we're not talking about our opinions on the fight, but how it was perceived back then. The dude says it was widely perceived that...
Well, I think 80 people's opinion holds more weight than 25 people's ;)
You're wrong cause it was Vitali who was the favorite. You literally have this info all over the internet.
False. Out of 85 people scoring the fight 60 had Walcott winning and only 25 had it for Louis. Joe knew he lost and gave Walcott immediate rematch.
AJ.
50/50 situation like Fury vs Ngannou in round 7.
I didn't score the fight. But it was widely believed he should have lost and Joe Louis thought that himself.
The dude said Lewis already had a plans of dropping the IBF belt when he wasn't even the champion, I don't think the facts matter to that guy.
I watched both many times, no nope. Hagler was still active and a world champion, Louis came back after a year of retirement after being already...
Not to that extent.
Frazier over Ali is really close.
But Louis was past his best.
And still Vitali was a betting favorite.
