i agree dont like the look of them gloves the make might well be good tho lonsdale are just as bad as everlast
ive only ever trainned in aproper boxing gym
oh like tense them tense ur abs and crunche down towards the side u wanna tense bringing ur hip up a bit
tbh you could just do 4 *10 pullup 4 * 15 dip and 4 * 25 pressup and get a better workout

do you mean say if you did 150 of each do 50 reps then move to the next then 50 reps on that like do that 3 times
