Khan UD. Khan should take this fight instead of chasing Mayweather next year, but he probably won't. I think he wins pretty comfortably too.
This fight depends a lot on Chisora's conditioning. If he comes in as a fat **** like he did against Fury he most likely gasses and gets stopped.
