If the problem is muscle knots it will, if not there's one less possibility. I don't see how it could be a bad thing.
For sparring I use a local brand, 16 oz. For bag work Ronin gloves, a kickboxing brand I think, about 8 oz.
It's only after training, and it does not happen every time :D They're just very sensitive :bart
