Well what is your criteria for ranking Heavyweights then ? There isn't a whole lot of Heavyweights with deep resumes with alot of great names...
I've never seen anyone rate Holmes as top 2 TBH. I would say he's normally rated about 4 or 5 but he does have the 4th most wins over ranked...
