I think Tony walks around at about 190, most of the top cruisers are basically small heavyweights who can boil down to the cruiserweight limit....
Bowe shouldve been DQd against Buster Mathis Jr so add another 1 to his record, the Coetzer stoppage was pretty iffy too.

Don Charles is pretty handy but Gary Lockett is just plain scary. Billy Nelson has to be at the bottom of the list, along with Vince Clev.
