stretch your lower body a lot, do some oblique work and a lot of ab work in general. as far as legs go you'll want endurance more than strength...
it's not the belts that matter its the people and the system. if you can submit people of a given belt then good for you, its probably the person....
agreed 100%. i personally enjoy watching any form of fighting sport. there's nothing more entertaining and worthy of respect than 2 guys fighting...
at least make it someone who could have a decent chance against an MMA fighter. hes an actor now, he hasn't trained to fight for longer than ive...
iks you gotta put snowboarding on the top of that list. get yourself somewhere to learn and then spend a week at a mountain resort(i recommend...
trained 6 years karate and got my first degree black belt, rolled around bjj with some guys there that also did bjj and still meet up with em from...

train your obliques and your core in general. hook power to my knowledge is legs and core way more than your arms.
theres a guy at my gym who's 69 soon to be 70. keeps up with the runs and spars with everyone, takes all the shots and dishes em back too....
if he can learn from it and tone down the flash a little, work on his fundamental stuff, then he'll come back. the only real problem is nerves...
take some time off and try new things, relax for a while. you know? just clear your mind. if it comes back then it comes back and if not then...
