and a reason to do it monday,wednesday, and friday is that u push yurself hardest on fridays, and the harder u train, the longer rest the body...
Here is my OPINION: When doing body exercises, i recomend doing it 3 days a week. like: monday,wednesday and friday. lets say you do 20 pushups...
