Well... ummm... this thread soon developed into a big argument! But I'd like to answer the OP's original query! I rank those fighters something...
I'm not voting as I don't want my lack of knowledge on the lower weights to skew the poll. I also harbour a weighty bias towards Wilde, who is one...
Maybe it's just his huge bulky weight, but David Price seems to fit the bill. Massive puncher, not elite.

Although he could beat Tua, I don't think he would. I'll go for Tua by KO, and say he's behind on the scorecards but knocks Spinks silly, mid-rounds.
I put him above most of the other heavies who are rightly or wrongly termed "one trick ponies."
I really like Ruddock. Also, although I think I'm good at lists, actually, I'm really rubbish. And biased. As such, I say Razor is number 31 HW. Yeah.
So difficult... 1~2. Napoles/Gavilan 3. Rodriguez Any order is okay!
Buchanan is difficult... He's the borderline between great and really (or all-time) great.. I'll say Laguna was a wonderful showing!

Lists are tricky. And as much as I try, at any weight, I can't get over my bias towards my favourite fighters (Choynski, Liston, Ketchel, Wilde), haha
If they both had to weigh in at anywhere they like up to 168lb.... let's say 12hrs prior... In your opinion, does Marshall beat the top career...
