about 2 year ago b4 i wrecked my knee i did a mile just over 5 mins but never timed myself for 2 miles, i wouldnt of kept the pae on that i did 4...
id just keep training normally , eating right , and fight at watever weight your healthy at, lose too much you'll feel drained n weak.
