My wrists 5" not 6"
i am 15 years old and my wrist measurements are about 6/6.5"
I have realy skinny wrists and forearms that feel quite week and vulnerable. whats the best way to strengthen them, is there any training i can...
Thanks for the advice i like to do 10-15 mins of jump rope to warm up anyway but i will start to include a bit of shadow boxing into my routines...
Am 15 and hav just joined a nearby gym i am 5ft 6 and weigh 8 stone any advice at all such as training, nutrition etc would be greatly appreciated...
