Two things. 1) It wasn't dislocated 2) Sparring and fighting are two COMPLETELY different things.

Running below 20 minutes in a 5k is extremely good. I doubt most of the people saying they do it can.
I run XC and am pretty good. I run a 5K in 23 mins so I have the hardest time believing you run double that in only 11 more minutes.
