Nice NY Times article, mainly on Nazeem.

LAS VEGAS — Naazim Richardson cuts an imposing figure, his arms the size of pony kegs, his full beard long turned gray, his baritone voice dispensing wisdom culled from a lifetime spent in boxing gyms.

“I love everything about him,” Mosley said. “At first, he doesn’t say much, just watches, real tough. But he’s a big teddy bear underneath.”

The man speaks with conviction and a life based on growth and self development.. You don't have to agree with what he says to know he's the truth...

I don't always agree with what he says, but I still find it moving... I think it's just because he really believes what he says, and wants to be a positive figure who has been through rough times..

naazim is a cool guy in my book, hes true to himself and in the end thats all that matters, people ***** about him because they think hes trying to be something special for the cameras and stuff but im pretty sure he is exactly the same with the cameras off.
add to this the fact that the guy is exactly what i would want in a trainer, (calm, cool and knowledgeable) and you got a guy who is a credit to boxing.

honestly though man, all you seem to have against richardson is the fact that he believes in what he says and how he looks.
if i missed anything please correct me.
