Manny is very fast. But when it comes to "functional speed" Floyd has the advantage. So Manny's greatest attribute and usually greates advantage won't only be nullified by Floyd's timing and defense, but it will just out and out be inferior to Mayweathers speed.

Why are there a lot of poster so sure that Pac won't or shouldn't fight Mayweather. Pacquiao is a risktaker, he has taken on MANY fights where most people thought he doesn't have a chance.

 

I would say Mayweather should be the favorite for this fight if it come of but if pacquaio lands with a left like the one that put Hatton out then its night night Mayweather
