Floyd was on ESPN 2 months ago saying he ignores this stuff, as he doesn't want to help promote these guys

Arum, Koncz, Roach come out with it, as they're trying to create a media storm. Get some attention to their fighter, when he's being ignored.

Floyd said - unless he or Haymon confirms it, it's complete crap. And that he hadn't heard anything from Arum in over a year.

Truth is, nobody cares what Arums doing unless he's talking about Mayweather

They're just trying to bait him into speaking out

This is not the full and complete story, and 3/4 of this article is not what happened.

Floyd said last month, he never responds to Arum, or any fake rumour. As he doesn't want to help them out.

Arum uses Mayweathers name, in regards to Pacquiao,to build up some hype and media attention.

Get the world talking about him and Paquiao

I think it's more the fact that he knows *******s believe all of this.

The SA offer was little more than a local promoter lying about funds for the bout, creating some hype, and then getting sued, as he didn't have the money to make it happen.

Boxers get these dumb offers, from small fry, all the time,

The media ignore them as they are Bull****

All Arum does, is put them in the media, as a bit ofPR

If you genuinely believe Singaporean businessmen, are outbidding HBO and Top Rank for bouts, then you're a freaking idiot

Why would HBO and Mayweather and Arum, even want the bout in Singapore?

Why would you ignore something that might ruin your reputation? :huh

The Mayweathers are always with the media talking crap like Pac is on PEDs. Now, instead of uttering some bollocks, why can't they just deny these stuffs?

You know, if there's some truth to it, you can't deny it.

There was an article before, saying some Filipino has injected Pac with steroids. Pac quickly came out and denied it. See, it's as simple as that.

Pacquiao agrees to almost anything, if he's got a TV camera in front of his face.

Problem is when it comes to signing...........

First mention Pacquiao made about agreeing to all drug testing, was 2 weeks after he refused full random testing, and 7 days after he signed to face someone else

Which tells you everything you need to know about how genuine he is on the subject

Pacquiao gets maybe 1 bit of bad press a year.

Mayweather's got guys trying to make a living off his name multiple times a week.

His PR is actually text book

You don't give bull **** legitimacy. You ignore it.

Pacquiao was wrong to put out denials. It insinuated that the crappy blog article was in some way meaningful.

Truth is, Manny is reliant on a squeaky clean image. It's what makes him his money

    Floyd doesn't care.

Signing? What is there to sign when the other party clearly said he isn't thinking about boxing and he's on vacation? :huh Pac has been calling him out. Arum has been calling him out. And when there's a camera in front of Floyd's face, he stuttering saying he doesn't have the urge and he is unwilling to fight Pac. He himself said this. You can't deny it.

Plus, you're also falling into the trap of thinking that normal people will even know about this.

Only reason anyone knows about this fake stuff, is because they're reading small sites, and forums that rely on this garbage to stay in business.

It won't be on ESPN or any major site. 99% of boxing fans won't even know it has happened.

I went 14 days without visiting a small boxing site. Only looking at ESPN, and the major sitesmost sports fans use

You won't believe how much I didn't see. None of it resonates.

That's why Floyd doesn't respond. If he responds this story ends up on ESPN. If he responds it's real news. If he responds 99% of boxing fans read about it.

Fight fans fall into the trap of thinking this stuff is important, and matters.

I promise you, of the 1 million fans who buy these PPVs, maybe 3'000 of them will know this is even a story

Your logic is flawed. If someone is trying to ruin your reputation, you must defend yourself. The Mayweathers said he's juicing, Pacquiao sues them. That's how people with proper mind reacts. Now, if there's some truth to it, you can't deny it so it's much better to keep silent.

You guys just have selective memories.

Floyd went to table twice with Manny. Both times they couldn't agree terms over drug testing.

Manny's barely said a word on the subject. Other than he will fight as long as he gets the deal he wants................

Floyd was on ESPN 2 months ago, wearing a Pacquiao T shirt, mocking Manny for walking out, and saying he signed the deal. Claiming the only thing stopping it is Manny not wanting full random tests..........

    You know, Arum plays games

Manny says "I will take the tests"

When it comes to the crunch, Manny is signing to face Mosely even before he's beaten Margarito. And he's signing to face Marquez even before he's faced Mosely.

And he's fighting for a promoter who won't even consider matching him against a GBP opponent.

And he's suing the guy he supposedly wants to box.

It's all just a PR war

Neither guys serious about risking their ass

But the ESPN said he's a COWARD.
    Why didn't Floyd defend himself?

You see, if there's some truth to it, you can't deny it. That's a simple fact.

You don't really get my point

Pacquiao/Steroids is a story. Dominating boxing.

Bob Arum talking crap to a blogger, as no major site will touch the story is meaningless. Maybe 100'000 people on the entire planet will see it..

If Floyd responds, this story goes from ES News to ESPN news, and it's real story.

It's why you never respond to crap.

If Manny had ignored that blogger rubbish, nobody would have even realise it had happened

Manny himself said he will take the tests. Now, if you are Floyd, all you have to do is come out and tell the whole world "Hey, you look at this video, you said you're willing to take the test, you said it yourself, let's get it on". But where is Mayweather? Everyone is calling him out. He's nowhere to be found.
