I'm going to say it's got to be a dead heat between Emanuel Navarrete Martínez and Jaime Aarón Munguía Escobedo. Two hombres that did not become world titlists by dint of their ability to "...and not get hit".

Especially when played in a ball box! I think it has to be Munguía though , it's not that he has a porous defence, he has no defence! Sooner or later that chin will crack. Fun fighter to follow though
I'd be interested to compare opponents' average connect rates against both him and Navarrete, but I don't think it's something you can look up on their website. They have individual fight stats of course, but as far as fighter metrics they only list positive aspects (highest +/- etc)
