The way Kendo fights, I really hope there's a backup plan in place and he isn't going to fight too deep into his thirties.

It would probably do his brain a world of good to call it a day now. Off a decent minor upset over Sims Jr. wouldn't be a bad way to ride off into the sunset. He certainly isn't going to be winning at higher levels.

 

...actually, more than mild upset. Castañeda was a +1100 underdog!

I was probably a little kind to Castaneda, due to an urge to rebel against the bias commentators - but only a little kind. 6-4 Sims is probably better.

I don't understand why promoters sign fighters like Sims. Like, what are they thinking? "Alright, he's boring and has no power. Sign him and put him on television."
