Duarte, currently ranked #9 by the WBA (not in any org's ratings besides them), lost by KO to Ryan García his only time so far graduating past a ten round scheduled distance. Prograis, ranked #11 by the WBO, is coming off two consecutive losses and was recently dropped from the Ring Magazine, WBC, and WBA top fifteen. Good fight, shouldn't be 12rds.
Duarte got a generous gift last time out, but I think that this time he earns a fair W. Prograis has not looked good in years.
