    If you pick up a pair of gloves you sort of swear an unspoken oath to never utter such garbage following a defeat. He should have right then and there handed in his professional boxing license, along with his man card. We should have never even reached the Berto rivalry, the sucker punch, the "I'm literally a tree" moment...none of it.

    You say you're "too young and pretty to be getting beaten up like this" your first time getting humbled, you can pack your gear and GTFO. That's how it oughtta be. :deal:

    His comment made out that fans were unjustified in being bias against Valdez. Somebody failing numerous drug tests then blaming it Herbal Tea, is a perfect reason to dislike somebody. And these 43 fans are not judges, bias can creep into their scorecards. The fact they're 43-1 in favour of Conceicoa shows the scale of the robbery no matter what spin it has placed on it.

    You're conveniently leaving out the fact I also mentioned Berchelt's weight drain, which I think was a much bigger factor in his loss.

    I also, haven't used the word exposed once. Valdez is a world level fighter, this fight didn't expose anybody, apart from how good Conceicao is. What I implied was that Berchelt being compromised by an unsafe weight cut, and Valdez being on drugs, had a lot more to do with Valdez beating Berchelt than Valdez being better. I haven't compared Conceicao to Berchelt, nor have I implied it. What I've implied, and obviously meant, is that this fight is a much better indicator of how good Valdez actually is. The Berchelt fight isn't.

    I'm not impacting by the test or decision. I thought Valdez lost, but I wanted him to win. I was a big fan before the drugs test, and before the Berchelt fight, and even after the test, I'd much rather Valdez win because it's a more interesting division with him involved. Conceicao isn't nearly as entertaining.

    It doesn't influence mine either.

    He was ridiculed in the media. Bradley stated he wanted him to get knocked out. Ect. All those things can put a dent in your mental. Im sure thats most likely what he meant when he said that.

    That's what happens when you get caught red-handed and your excuse is laughable.

    Mental health is important. You can tell all the media bashing, played a toll on him. He did fail, he cant deny that.

    This is random and off topic but wanted to ask without making a thread for it;

    For anyone who feels like answering...

    Who do you consider the best scorers on ESB.

    I feel I'm a good judge. I use the 10 pt. must system, I understand it, and I'm honest.

    Thank you sir.

    Reason I was asking is Im going to be making a thread and want to look at some fan scores for certain fights, wasnt sure who would be solid picks as far as scoring goes. Thanks for your feedback.

    @IntentionalButt and I... obviously.:deal: And no, I'm not being facetious. At the very least, we've put our outliers 10,000 hours in. We've trained our eye to know what to look for, and yes... we see things that others who score on a more casual basis tend to miss.

    Oh man, imagine a world where the two of us are part of a quadrangle in which the opinon of IsaL is also given equal 25% weight.
