Tommasone would be a step down from Simion and Rosales. :nono:

Rojas by far is the weakest. (yes he is technically a legit world champ...elevated from WBA interim to regular before he fought Díaz, and retained it despite the loss due to JoJo coming overweight)

The other four (WBA super - LSC; IBF - Warrington; WBC - Russell; and Valdez himself with the WBO) are pretty much of a common level, for me. I think give or take some inherent h2h advantages in certain pairings of the intangibles & "styles make fights" persuasion, the four could all have fought several times and have beaten and lost to each of the others at least once. All of them being a level above Rojas.

If he regains (big "if") the IBO title against Nyamabayar (and IF you count it as legit...an even bigger "if") then Marrero would displace Rojas as the weakest feather world champ.

Looks like Arum is hiding Valdez from Russell Jr. as well, while complaining that Crawford who hasn't done **** at Welter should get to fight Spence right now.

I mean...one fight doesn't a pattern make...let's see what is after Tommasone. Like I said above, Valdez's last few opponents have been, while maybe not GRJ or LSC, as respectable as can be pulled from the current non-titlist herd.
