    Round 1 Velez 10-9
    Round 2 Velez 10-9

Velez controlling the range quite well, working behind his jab and landing one twos, also doing a good job of slipping incoming fire.

    Round 1 Velez 10-9
    Round 2 Velez 10-9
    Round 3 Velez 10-9

More of the same, now Velez is starting to walk Oscar down, who's winging haymakers, and missing most of them.

Rounds are competitive but Velez hasn’t won any yet. Especially not on a TR card. He needs to put Valdez down twice to have any shot here.

Glad to see Andre Ward scoring it in an unbiased fashion tonight, he has Velez up.

Valdez is another of those fake "Mexicans" I see. The kind that speaks English with no accent, has fought in Mexico all of TWICE in his career, yet still parades around as a "Mexican" not American.

He's got some talent but Miguel Berchelt or Shakur Stevenson is going to have any easy time.

Loma eats him alive of course.

I always liked Jayson velez and hope he can keep this fight interesting.

0% chance of JV decision...regardless of how it's gone. (unless he can post knockdowns)
