There goes that. If anything it seems like he’s gotten worse since the Breazeale fight. Slow pawing jab, no upper body movement, looked scared the whole time. His entire body- forearms included- is made of glass. Shot after the bell was really bad though, easily could’ve been a DQ.

Interestingly enough, Bakole currently holds the Polish Heavyweight belt.

    Yes.

Glowacki wasn't stopped in the round where the foul occurred, or because of the said foul.

It looks like we have another Foul Pole on our hands.:shakehead:

If you have the ability to sit up and talk to the ref informing him that you were hit while down, you have the ability to get back up, unless you are just looking for the dq. Clearly the ref should have taken a point, and allowed him to get up and continue after 5 minutes. That said copping out like that was pis$ weak.

No doubt, Izu should have manned up... but still, the ref ****ed this up big time. And it should be overturned.

Różanski dominated Ugonoh, who was doing a lot of holding to survive, nearly the entire fight.

Izu was finished before that last punch anyway, the previous punch had him seriously hurt.

A no contest is certainly fair in this instance. Either way Izu is done no matter how this one is officially ruled.

Izu looked very weak. I had some hopes for him that he could do something - ie bigger fights - winning some and losing some. But he looked terrible tonite. He should just retire. Seeing how inactive he was after the Breazale fight I don't think his heart is into boxing.

Dayuum! Izu lost. I wasn't even expecting this one to go more than a 2 or 3 rounds after watching a couple of minutes of footage of Rozanski yesterday because he looked like someone who'd only taken up boxing a fortnight ago. Rozanski was carrying quite a bit of chub in the footage I saw of him and I should've factored that in given we're currently in the midst of the Fat Takeover at HW. But this is a terrible setback for Izu and he either needs to lose some of that muscle he's added since bulking up to HW or go on a 3 month junk food diet and put on 30-40lbs of chub if he wants to continue with his career.

I think so to. He’s proven unable to overcome the glaring weakness revealed over two years ago- in fact it seems the only thing with he came away from Breazeale was the loss of his confidence. Thought him vs Demerizen would’ve been a good fight back when it was made, but after this it’s pretty clear he would’ve gotten iced there as well. Like Izu a lot, but he’s not beating anyone worth much, and he’s the type of fighter who’ll get knocked every time trying.
