That's where we differ as a person which is fine.

I'd go to his shows, sure why not? Can't say no to a few scraps and a few pints.

Hearn knows that he’s on a tax dodge and got out of paying many fighters and is alluding to the fact that there’s no funds in the company

It's probably the truth. But Hearn's smugness is misplaced as in his case he had a huge jumpstart.

Eddie needs to remember without Papa he wouldn't be **** in the beginning, needs to humble himself. Warren did it the hard way.

Over 30 years in the game and his company only has 20k reserves ?? That is **** poor. No wonder there are always disputes with fighters not getting paid.

He’s either terrible at business or pays himself healthy bonuses.

I’m no Hearn fanboy but he’s taken British boxing’s profile to a new level. 10 years ago it was Saturday night fights in leisure centres with th UFC probably a bigger sport in the UK. Now look at how boxing has been performing. Night and day.

So what if Warren did it the hard way. Twenty five years ago Warren was loaded, pretty much ran British boxing top to bottom, was putting on Bruno at Wembley and had Naz on PPV. Calzaghe was about to become a world champion. He had the absolute lot.

And look at him now. He's not ended up in this situation because of Hearn not playing fair. Frank ended up being known as a promoter who didn't pay fighters and took cheap shortcuts. He got greedy and the sport suffered. I don't care if someone was born rich or poor, but surely everyone would agree that when you become a wealthy boxing promoter your job includes being fair to the fighters taking the risks and actually paying them. Frank repeatedly losing court cases over money when it comes to the likes of Calzaghe and Burns is nothing short of a disgrace.

That's a very one-sided view of things, particularly in the case of Ricky Burns. Eddie Hearn actually compounded Burns' legal issues by convincing him to break his contract with Frank Warren to join Matchroom back in 2013. Frank Warren lost his claim for lost profits but the court ruled that Burns breached his contract with Queensbury in order to join Matchroom.

As a result of that legal dispute, Burns racked up £200k in legal fees and had to pay a further £170k to Warren in damages and costs. Frank Warren Promotions owed Burns about £100k but it was liquidated as a company and as far as I'm aware Burns didn't receive anything. Burns ended up declaring himself bankrupt.

You can try to spin the above in whatever way you want but Burns was the architect of his own downfall there by breaching his contract with Warren. To say that Warren "lost" his court case against Burns is just factually incorrect.
