Yet he has ONLY been willing to fight below 160 if it was Mayweather, and has been willing to fight at 168, only if it is Chavez or a retired fighter Froch. He told his fans he would fight and beat anyone between 160-175, but when presented with the opportunity to define his legacy by fighting Andre Ward, he said no, that he needed a Catch Weight to fight someone as skilled as Ward. He told his fans that that Canelo fighting a WW was shameful and bad for boxing. He then fights a WW in his next fight at the FULL MW limit.
