Not sure how much it all weighs but the point is true enough. Fury came in at a good, sensible weight.

Reminds me a bit of Usyk when people were expecting him to have gone off the rails a bit, to come in at 230lbs+, then he weighs in barely heavier because he clearly just wanted to be comfortable and be able to box properly. A smart weight.

Wilder's weight ... I'm not so convinced. It's not just gaining weight, but the implications of what he's been doing in training. All this talk about benching ... that's not going to help you in the ring.

    It's funny

They should have prayed Fury would take more time to find and hurt him

during that time Wilder can be explosive and dangerous

instead he is going to gas out before Fury even starts putting the damage down on him. He's shot himself in the foot literally.

Fury will dominate the late fight if Wilder doesn't turn into a noodle again.

Fury TKO again is likely, probably around the same round. The weights are not significant for either man compared to last time.

Yep I was thinking the same. If they think being able to bench 350lbs is going to help in the clinches they are in for a shock. He should of been adding weight in the legs, glutes, back if at all, not arms and pecs. The idea he can now match Fury in the clinch is ludicrous, Fury knows how to clinch, Wilder just holds on, Wilder could weigh as much as Fury and he'd still get dominated in the clinch because he doesn't have the knowledge of the proper techniques to utilise that weight.

Wilder was 212-213lbs in the 1st fight and had his best performance, hurt and dropped Fury and had the legs and stamina to go 12. All he needed was a little more output and to let his hands go more. Instead they add a lot of weight for the rematch, his legs looked weak, and he still didn't out muscle Fury. Then their response is to go even heavier. With all the nervous energy, and mental flashbacks from not being effective last time, he could be in the same predicament. If it goes in the 2nd half of the fight, and he is at his heaviest weight ever, they'll be in serious trouble. So no plan B again, as if they ever prepared with any real strategy in the 1st place.

A little extra mass on your arms and torso won't help you wrestle with Fury.

    Skinny legged dosser

    He's getting it for sure.

    >220 pound Wilder is more intimidating

Imagine if AJ came against Usyk at 254, wouldn't have made the distance.

F bombs are the most common swear words over here but if you want to really emphasize something you switch it up to a C bomb. I've dropped more C bombs in my time than the RAF dropped bombs on Dresden.

After seeing the weigh in I am more convinced that Wilder is a dead man walking. I never say this about fighters cause they are all warriors but I think reality might be setting in for Wilder and he is legit scared IMO.

He thinks he'll be able to deal with Fury because he can bench press 350 and Fury only weighs 280.

You'd think somebody in his team would explain to him that's not how it works.

    Or maybe...

I'll try not to laugh while saying this...

He thinks the extra weight will make Fury tentative about getting on top of him

    BHAHAHAAH

Fury didn’t gain weight at all. 277 fully clothed with shoes, so at most he was 272.

In hindsight we shouldn't of expected anything else from team Wilder. After getting out boxed for 34 mins of a 36 min fight the plan for fight 2 was not, lets figure ways out to land more but lets get bigger and throw harder. So fight 3 it's well the exact same plan, lets get heavier and throw even harder, maybe it will work this time, lol.:risas3:

I don't know if he's scared as such but he is absolutely nervous and I do think he knows if he can't get Fury out of there quickly he is ****ed.
