0-52...can anyone top this streak?

    In my search to find someone who can rival the legendary Eric Crumble, I came across this dude. Sure, he can't beat 31 knockout losses in 32 fights (one no-contest breaks up the quest for true perfection), but going 0-52 is still pretty noteworthy.

    Is there anyone else who can outdo Alexandru Manea?

    What's cool about Buckley is that after all that losing, he wins his final fight and then retires immediately. In is own way, the man got to leave on a high note. :thumbsup

    One wonders where perenial losers like this get the cash from to travel all over the world for their fights. They must have jobs on the side or something. Maybe that's their problem. Not enough time dedicated to the sport.:think


    On the side, id be interesting to see guys like Eric Crumble, Peter Buckley and Alexandru Manea face each other off, just ot see what happens. Someone's 0 has to go. Well, maybe not.

    Alexandru Manea cherrypicks his opponents. This is the only way I can explain the fact he picked Abraham who, at the time, had 5 wins & 0 losses. The upset took place. Manea lost by TKO.
    I just call this guys official sparring partners. They have the role of bringing back confidence, tune-up or building a fake resume. It's not like these guys have a chance. They are paid to be beatean. You may laugh at their resume but they earn better than a 10-20 guy, believe me.

    Romanians are some of the shittiest pro boxers around. Alexandru Manea is one of many you can find on boxrec with horrendous records. They're pretty much only good for other fighters to pad their records.
