I'm gonna go with Barrera on this one.
You could say that Manny beat him but can you say that a prime Floyd would beat a prime Manny?

 

That is about the strength of it. Mayweather wouldn't even need to break sweat making Barrera look as stupid as he made JMM look, at ANY weight you like.

And I loved MAB, but he just wasn't in the same league as Mayweather. If Junior Jones can easily handle him, that says it all.

 

We don't know for sure. This would be a huge step up in competition for Mayweather. He's never faced anybody as good as a prime Barrera.

In 2003 Barrera was a 126 fighter. So I'm not quite sure about 130 for him. He was more suited at featherweight.
