    He seemed certain it's 1,000,000%, quickly changes his mind to a mere 100%, and then goes back to his original prediction of 1,000,000%. I think it's best to go with your first instinct personally.

    So what do we think is it 100% or closer to 1,000,000% ?

    99/1 is "a bit closer" than 100%, not 50/50. He needs to get his head around his numbers...

    He must have meant his chances against Vitali are 50 out of 50, which is incredibly close to 100%.
