Guys, do you research. Don't make hasty bets on your gut feelings. I've watched enough of Senchenko to say that he will not win.

 

Because of the risk averse nature of boxers and promoters, the 1st step in predicting the outcome of any big fight is to ask "Why is the fight happening?" I think four times out of five you can predict the winner based on the answer to that question alone. This fight is happening to springboard Hatton's comeback, and his opponent was carefully chosen. That said, if the fight goes into the late rounds, Hatton fans might have reason for concern given the fact that his chin seems pretty much gone and there is no possible way his cardio is that great considering the fact he's been out of the ring for years, blown up to well over 200lbs binging on booze and coke.

Ricky should fight a couple of bums first before stepping up. This level is to high for a comeback

i like hatton, and want him to win... but i have to agree about the points you made about that documentary. he's not fully punch drunk, but there is a slur there. plus, he looks a little broken.

don't think this is going to end well.

when he fought lazcano after the mayweather loss, his punch resistance looked quite bad. yes, he looked a lot stronger in his next fight against paulie, but he had got rid of a few demons by this point. got a win and got some confidence back.

he hasn't had a confidence builder since the pac slaughter, and he's been out for over 3 years. throw in the fact that senchenko has a decent punch and it's at welter, it doesn't look good at all for ricky.

i'm putting money down on a senchenko win, because that way, i win what ever the out come. if hatton wins i'm happy for him. but if he doesn't, i at least make something with the winnings.

i'm hoping for the ricky win though. WAR HATTON!!

 

The thread title is atrociously poor taste.

What is the point in that? You make some decent points but then its overshadowed by that...and for what? It doesn't make you appear cool.

I'm all for a laugh and joke but must admit, even I found the thread title poor and in bad taste.

 

When you change a thread title, it should change on all the other posts too, so people don't still have to see it. Otherwise what' s the point of being able to change it?
