It looks like he carries some extra weight. 8 pounds doesn't sound that bad but it´s not good either.
The less he has to dehydrate himself the better he will be. If he wants to dehydrate less then he needs to lose some weight and you never know how ones body reacts to quick weight loss.
He loses 6 to 8 pounds in 25 days and he should be OK if he knows how to dehydrate and rehydrate properly.

Nope fighters then to lose 10lbs or even more in a week remaining (Wilfredo Vazquez jr.) that's why they make pre weights obligatory if you fight in Puerto Rico.

    Salido by TKO...AGAIN! :deal

Orlando may have looked sloppy in his last fight, but JuanMa in his last fight showed that he still has a beyond shitty defense.

He's still gonna **** up Salido imo, a move to 130 seems to be on the cards after this fight though

He looked bad coming into camp for the first fight as well and look what happened. Hope he learned his lesson this time. Honestly believe if he has the heart and the focus he should have he would have won the first fight and no need for a rematch.

I expect a healthy Lopez to win the rematch but if he hasn't trained his heart out i can see a simliar ending as the first.

He will drop 10-12lbs water easily in 7-10 days then the rest in fat easily in a month.

    ??

Its quite common for fighters to lose that and MORE in that time.

Chavez dropped 20 lbs of water weight and put it on in a day.
