    there will never be 10-5 if it gets to that point the fight should be stopped

    Isn't that what refs are there for to stop the fight when it is clear that taking a beating to an extreme level to prevent from really getting hurt?

    A fighter should lose a point every time he goes down. If there was no penalty for it you might see guys taking a knee more often.

    I know . . . and the judges will be useless if the fight is already stopped.

    9-9 I believe, the 10 point must is only before deductions(knockdowns, fouls etc) .

    So 10-9 for fighter A, but fighter A is knocked down so 9-9 .
