Who are your top 10 British heavyweights of all time based on resume an achievements? I mean their achevements in HW division only, because if we take the whole career of Bob Fintzimmons he would be #1, but at HW he would be not only behind Lewis, but also behind Fury and Joshua IMO.

I think Lennox Lewis is clear #1 British heavyweight as for now, with Fury and AJ being #2 and #3. I also think Fitzimmons should be ranked at #4, because even though he didn't have that many bouts at HW division and lost his title in the first defense, he got some very good wins over Corbett, Sharkey, Ruhlin and Maher.

But then things get more complicated. Who is #5? Bruno? Cooper? Bugner? Akinwande? Hide? Or maybe you prefere fighters from the older eras like Cockell, Woodcock, Peterson? How do you place those guys in you top 10 list?

Farr has to be there. At 5 Id say. Then Bruno, Bugner, Cooper, Akinwanda and Hide/Mason or Haye.

In all fairness, Chisora and Danny Williams probably crack the top 15

How is Joshua ahead of Fitzsimmons if we only talk about resume and not h2h?

I know, but Fitzsimmons has stellar HW resume:

    Jim Hall
    Peter Maher x2
    Joe Choynski
    Tom Sharkey x2
    Jim Corbett
    Gus Ruhlin
    Jack O'Brien

Joshua didn't face the best contenders available outside of Wladimir.

Did he not? IIRC, Parker, Povetkin, Ruiz, Wlad and Martin were all ranked top three in the world at time Joshua beat them, with either Fury or Wilder at number two. Wilder clearly avoided Joshua, and the Fury fight hasn't been properly on the table. I'd comfortably rate Parker higher than those guys who Fitzsimmons beat. Dillian Whyte is a win which has aged well too.
