He beat an Old Ruiz, won a very close decision vs Valuev and survived 12 Rounds with Wladimir but is that more than Valuev, Brewster,Ibragimov, Sanders and Chambers have done

 

No I took Haye out since he spent most of the 2000's at CW. Still easily #3 in the 2010's though.

 

He beat Barrett and Valuev only in the decade in question.

2. Vitali Klitschko (no explanation needed)
3. Lennox Lewis (would be #1 if you count his work since the 90s)

4. Chris Byrd (solid beltholder, compares to the best contenders of any era)
5. Ruslan Chagaev (solid beltholder, beat Ruiz, Valuev, Skelton, Virchis, etc)
6. David Haye (always in shape, WBA beltholder, good h2h)
7. John Ruiz (fought many contenders)
8. Hasim Rahman (beat Lewis, had belts twice, fought many contenders)
9. Nikolay Valuev (48 straight wins and a reign with the WBA)
10. Lamon Brewster (beat Wlad and was the best heavyweight of 2005)

Just missing it: Sultan Ibragimov, James Toney, Sam Peter.

 

Of the 2000's? This list assumes 2000 - 2009. If I'm including the past couple years, there's some movement, including moving Wlad up to #1 and Haye popping in around 6 or 7.
