    nice one

some perspective on Charlo's opponent, Centeno: he was recently knocked out (TKO rd 10) by Daniel Jacobs next opponent (both Centeno and Sulecki are career junior middleweights, by the way); not only knocked out, but shout out as well--pretty sure Centeno didn't win a single round in that fight

Jacobs and Charlo are pretty clearly trying to outdo each other in the MW division, but not in a good way

anyone who hasn't watched Centeno vs Sulecki, i highly recommend it; the main reason is that it's a nice showcase of Sulecki's talent, and second to watch Centeno nail the referee (veteran Mark Nelson) flush on the chin with a left hook in rd 7. Nelson ate it and moved on.

Kovalev and Bivol should win by knockouts!

I will DVR Wilder/Old Man Ortiz, but the nursing home still might cancel the fight!

LHW has the right combatants to be a truly golden era yet its being wasted.. No one fancies Gvodzyk ( I'd bum him) Beterbehave is tied up with various issues, the ape pimp is still feasting off a Dawson win years ago, Kovalev the machine, the street g, the hard man of Russia, the killer, got salidoed by a feathfist & whimpered out! Bivol will beat Barrera in style thus sending them all for the hills & leaving him fighting Lithuanian husky breeders for the next 3 years, & I'm not sold on a LHW Jack by any means... & so on LOL

I'll be watching the HBO card. I especially like the Bivol-Barrera matchup.

Wilder-Ortiz is not so interesting because Ortiz is a faded old boxer.

And Charlo-Centeno is very predictable, it will be a win for Charlo, very likely by decision.

I'll definitely tune in on the prospect of their being a chance that Wilder gets KO'd. Ortiz has faded a bit, but he's still a step up from the Washingtons and Szpilkas of the game.

Even if it's a routine assignment, I'm always hyped to see Kovalev box. He's never given me any reason to doubt his desire to fight the best, so I'll take what I can get for now and look forward to seeing him in the better fights again. And there's Bivol-Barrera to provide a more substantial contest, of course.

Bivol-Barrera is amazing and I'll tune it to that to the exclusion of any other fight on the 3rd. Kovalev-Mikhalkin is essentially a pre-determined match in its own right though. The only reason to watch it is to get another chance to see Kovalev do his thing. Of course, that may be good enough reason to tune in anyway.

Igor mihalkin is not the gimme most People view him as. to me, he is the devisions dark horse, a world class southpaw. just cause he is not a big Puncher he is not highly regarded.

but stylewise, he is perfect to give kovalev a real tough fight. much more of a challenge than shabranskiy.

Because they want to beat each other in the ratings. They'd rather give people an unbearable Sophia's Choice just so they can gloat about the win, than take the shitload of viewers they'd probably get if they ran the card against no competition.

Oh, I fully plan too, but for me its shitty, because I do RBR's here, so there's zero chance I can go back and see the card I missed unspoilt.

Okay I think its about time people pump the breaks on the hyperbole, the man couldn't drop Trot, Lara and Canelo dropped him, and Daniel freaking Dawson violently dropped him twice. Charlo couldn't muster one, and he lost to Trout WIDE and got a gift. He's KO a gimp, who was never truly hurt by his power, at MW, that was a wow, his punches hurt reaction Heiland was having, it was a I can't walk reaction. Centeno has the two FAR more impressive KO's on his ledger, he shouldn't be written off.
