Be surprised. Danny won't be able to get enough damaging counters off by the time Matthysse has landed his damaging punches first. Danny is no Marquez.
I'm not that impressed with Matthysse, throws wide open hooks leaving himself wide open. I see Danny taking this one.
Danny has a lot of poise and patience, he also has good timing to counter and better footwork n boxing ability. If he can weather the Matthysse storm I believe he takes it. He knows Matthysse coming to take his head off, other then that I don't see Matthysse winning a decision.
Pretender? How So? He earned his straps and has conducted himself as a champ. Danny hasn't given anyone a reason to call him a pretender. He obviously isn't ducking anyone and he won his belts in convincing fashion.
