  1. I never realized how iphone apps could help you in training. GPS Tracking, Ghost modes, Calorie Outtake, Speed, logging history including stats and regime planning.

    Anyway no doubt smeone here could benefit, i remember someone asking how to prepare for 10k a while back, theres an app there for that too.

    cheers man, I jst bought that runkeeper pro, Will give it a try tomorow. I had a look through the health and fitness catagory in the app store theres loads of decent app in there.
