    No doubt -- Wlad is #2!!!

    Seven wins over top 10 ring ranked hws in his last 9. In that stretch, has beaten three reigning beltholders (Byrd, Iggy, Chagaev)

    Peter, Brock, Sultan, Chagaev were all undefeated. That's cleaning out a division.

    Please argue someone else with some facts.
